Fail to receive the package?
Packages may fail to reach you after shipment, due to reasons below:

2. Packages delivered, but signed by your family or neighbor. In this case, you could find the package by asking your family or neighbor for help.

About Returns
Easy Return:
We accept return for no reason within 30 days after you sign the package.
Items need to be original condition to be returned:
1. It should be new with tag.
2. Never worn or washed.
3. Originally packaged.
We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned package. We don't refund shipping cost.
We do not issue a refund until we receive the returned order/package.

Process of returning back top due to wrong size, too big, tag at the back of collar was cut off, material from description label inside side top shows 95% polyester & 5% spandex not soft satin as described. Customer service Kate will not honor styleup return policy to pay shipping & handling charges amounting to $66.00 with tracking #. Without tracking # is $22. Per usps. I asked for a return label on line but Kate said company doesn’t have. She asked me to provide tracking #. USPS has the cheapest charges. I asked Kate if shipping & handling fees will be paid but no reply. If I have known this, I would not have ordered from your company. Offered refund was only up to 20% which is only $19.50. Top cost me $53.09.

I note that a lot of what I see was very fashionable in the 1960’s to 1970’s when I was a younger man in London UK. Where I grew up. Carnaby street which was off Oxford street comes to mind. Only , the clothe was of a much more luxurious and expensive kind. Women and older teenager girls/women looked fantastic when going out for dinner, drinks or dancing. Disco was the thing in those days . Females looked more elegant in those days of all ages. Cheers, I now live in AZ USA. Beautiful top, it is soft and comfortable material. Have only worn it once and got so many compliments. Not sure how well it does in the wash, i suggest hand washing.

Not a bad top, the fabric is thin and pleasant, the color is yellowish beige, more warm. The only thing I don't like is the narrow opening, it presses under the arms.
