If you order shoes, your shipping cost is $15.

It takes around 5 to 12 business days to US, 5 to 15 business days to Australia, Germany, UK, New Zealand, France and Italy.

It may take longer than 15 business days to other countries.

Usually it takes around 3 to 9 business days.

Order Processing Time:

Usually it takes around 3 to 5 business days to process your order.

But for custom made items, it may take more than 15 days.

Fail to receive the package?

Packages may fail to reach you after shipment, due to reasons below:

1. Packages may stuck on the way. We track the package after shipment. If this happens, we will contact the post station and rush the package. We may arrange shipment again if the package goes to slow.

2. Packages delivered, but signed by your family or neighbor. In this case, you could find the package by asking your family or neighbor for help.

3. Tracking shoes delivered, but you don't receive the package. Please contact and we will provide you with the local post station info, such as phone number, to help you find the package asap.

About Returns

Easy Return:

We accept return for no reason within 30 days after you sign the package.

Items need to be original condition to be returned:

1. It should be new with tag.

2. Never worn or washed.

3. Originally packaged.

We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned package. We don't refund shipping cost. 

We do not issue a refund until we receive the returned order/package.

For Defective Items or Packages:

If you find item received defective, including :

1. Wrong color size, fabric or pattern.

2. Not as described.

3. Package broken when you receive it.

4. item stained or damaged

Please contact us for a return or exchange. We will pay the shipping cost.

If items are not defective or wrong size, customers are supposed to pay the shipping cost for return. 

Process Of Return/Exchange An Order(Item):
